Got to visit my dear friend @boyfromnewyorkcity and check out his beautiful @whitehorsetavern1880 project.
So proud of him for his passion and commitment to preserving this vital and historic bar. With a fantastic new menu, it still maintains the intimacy and creativity of the iconic original space. New York purists will be very happy.
Also note the thoughtful shrine set up to appease the legendary Dylan Thomas, may his spirit Rest In Peace.

All the heart and soul you put in it shines through and through, and it is SO YOU !!! Fantastic Job ( well in your case JOBS!) !!!!! ??????? Off to bed to catch a few hours of sleep before catching a bus and seeing it again tomorrow in NYC!!! Can’t wait to see you, and can’t wait to see it again!!!!!! ????????

hopeyoulikeawesome Only place I’ve ever been involved in a bar fight. Someone tossed ice at a waitress and Doc jumped over the bar, guided the offender out by the throat and I joined the melee with staff vs a big group of a-holes. Proud to stand with the staff at my one-time regular bar. What a spectacular place. And typically delightfully fight-free!
