Finally, after a long time struggling with my health, I can say I'm fit and ready to do my first All-Around again after 3 years! 🌟🌟🌟 This journey starting from the lowest bottom I've ever been on, where it was tough, lonely and not fun at all, I learned a lot about myself; physically, mentally, emotionally 🌟🌟🌟 It was complex to get back in a good balance and build my energy back up, but it was an interesting road to discover a lot more about myself and my passions and what's driving me in life. I found out my passion and love for this sport were still fully alive in me, so it felt amazing to feel the energy and strength slowly coming back into my body, and that I could trust my mind and heart guiding me on the new road, into a new chapter of my career. I love that I can enjoy my life again everyday, the highs, but the lows, the steps and the falls, the process of working and creating my new routines. And I'm so thankful for the people who supported me and gave me their time, energy and love, that helped me as a person to be where I am today. I'm proud to take the first step: showing up on stage and showing the best I can! I'm very excited to feel I am able to take the chance to perform and show and share my best again! 💗 NIEUWS! Morgen turn ik weer mijn 1e meerkamp wedstrijd, bij de Flanders International Teamchallenge in Gent. Tot nu toe heb ik een bijzonder mooi proces gehad, vanuit mijn burn-out was het een lange zware weg om weer op energie en kracht te komen en ik fysiek, mentaal en emotioneel weer in balans kwam. De liefde en passie voor de sport leefde nog altijd diep in mij, dus het was me veel waard dat ik eindelijk weer kon bouwen aan mijn ideeën en dat ik de beleving terug vond in het dagelijkse werken, van de basis tot aan alle details richting het grotere plaatje in mijn hoofd!
