It’s World Ocean Day 🌎! So I’m showing you all the truth of how plastic is effecting our oceans. I have stopped using straws and encouraging my friends to do the same hopefully when they see this they will understand the severity of why.
Plastic is affecting our marine life and other wildlife so much & if you eat fish you may just be eating plastic yourself. I’ve been reducing plastic by no longer buying cases of water bottles (24/48 pack) & if I do I make sure bottles are recycled properly even if I have to take them home with me to ensure they get to the right place. I have purchased a water filter & also signed up for water delivery where they can deliver water jugs and pick them up to ♻️ ! I will put more information on how to do this on my Instagram story. I have also stopped using plastic shopping bags which sea turtles often mistake for jellyfish which is what they eat! I will be posting a bunch more ways to reduce plastic intake which will help our oceans & wildlife tremendously. Start becoming more aware of how you dispose of your plastic and explore the options in your community to recycle. 💯 Love you guys let’s make a difference.
