It’s #WorldOceansDay - what ways are you helping to keep our oceans clean? It’s a beautiful, magical place down there. Let’s keep it that way. This is from my dive in the Great Barrier Reef a few years ago. Makes me sad to think that future generations might not be able to see in person all the colors, textures and temperatures places like this hold. We gotta love our earthly habitats real hard. Comment below with ways we can work to make a difference.

It's also our own human race that depends on the health of our Earth, especially oceans - if we don't protect the health and flourishing of oceans and Earth, our own health and longevity as a species is directly affected. It's Earth- we live here, we can't survive without it, especialy if its health and the delicate balance of biodiversity that creates our flourishing ecosystems is not protected and sustained. We must repair the damage humans have done and protect the Earth and all who live here, because we all have a right to flourish. The biggest way we can make a difference and ensure protection is vote for governments who will actively protect the earth and stop big businesses dumping chemicals and toxic waste and stop these companies from making products that create toxic waste in the first place. Stop plastic being produced for unnecessary things in the first place. One that supports clean energy and makes it accessible to everyone eg solar panels. We must lobby our governments to make these things a priority, tell them that these decisions will decide our vote for or against them. Ones that will protect our oceans and earth through UN treaties, etc. Governments that will actually deliver. That will stop fishing lines and nets that are dangerous and destructive to the ocean floor and that trap all animals within them and that arent biodegradable from being produced or used at all. We must tell them these issues are important to us constantly, and will decide our votes. As consumers we can also stop buying single use plastic, most plastic at all, take our own cups and bags and buy bamboo or sugarcane waste made plates cups etc instead of plastic ones, or even buy the glass water bottles and aluminium cans of drink instead of the plastic bottle ones - these products exist, we can do this, but we have to actually start to. 🐙🐙🐙🐙💕💕💕💕 Most importantly love and care for other beings as we do for ourselves, and create empathy in others, so we are always mindful about our actions and decisions and how they affect others, and our Earth.

cristinapurkey I know you are not reading this but I am a 13 yaer old girl and I am very skinny. There are 2 ways to gain more volume. One way is to gain more fat and the other is to gain more muscle. And so I decided that I wanted to gain more muscle. But I was just sitting there thinking about getting more muscle but not actually having that motivation to dedicate time to working out. That is unlit I saw captain marvel and the video of you pushing that jeep up the dang hill! Since then I have been encouraged to work out and i have been gaining a bit of muscle. But i guess i was just wanting to get out there and say that it is a dream of mine to do a workout session with Ms.Larson. and yes i do realise that it's not gonna happen but a girls gotta dream right?

tullerross @labradortailwag You probably aren’t listening to the health organizations I listed though. Meat is carcinogenic and eggs aren’t even legally allowed to be called healthy, nutritious—really anything that implies they’re good for you, because eggs aren’t. It’s sad that you result to personal insults like “find something useful to do with your life” because you don’t know how to respond when I talk about getting information from our most valued institutions on the matter. I hope you find some inner happiness and peace, no one in a healthy state of mind would be throwing childish insults over the Internet at someone who is trying to help the environment and animals. ohhmygoh Thank you for advocating for the importance of our environment!! We can reduce the use of plastic in daily life by bringing our own containers, metal/glass straws instead of using single-use plastic/styrofoam :) I hope that more people will take part in this movement. Each and every effort counts! ??

labradortailwag @tullerross LOL. Just stop. I don’t listen to the agriculture industry. Remember I use to be vegan. For a long time. Probably 2 or 3 times longer than you’ve been vegan. Find something useful to do with your life. You are not making any differences by beating meat eaters like a dead horse.
