ナイジェラ・ローソンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ナイジェラ・ローソンInstagram)「It wasn’t so long ago that I posted a picture of the lasagna fritta at @bright_restaurant, but I just had to go back. And I was nearby, after a wonderful afternoon @stokeylitfest. Alongside the deep fried lasagna cubes, is the crudités with Parmesan and parsley dip which, frankly, I would cross London for. There’s a lot of food in this post, but it was all shared by four of us (cf @ottolenghi’s post last night!). Pic 2 is the grilled bread with stracciatella and aubergine, which was just out of this world. I wish we’d ordered another one (I should say here, we did order a second round of the lasagna fritta). Pic 3 is the scallop and squid ceviche which was light and (in keeping with the name of the restaurant) bright. Pic 4 is the wholegrain sedani pasta with pancetta, broad beans and pecorino; pic 5 the cuttlefish arroz negro. Pic 6 is the grilled asparagus with brown butter sauce; and pic 7 the turbot with annatto, lime and coriander. Finally, pic 8 is the strawberries, rhubarb and hibiscus. I don’t normally go out to restaurants two nights running, but what a fabulous eating time I’ve been having. And I’m duly grateful. Much as I love home cooking, it can be very inspiring to eat out when the food is unpretentious and full of flavour. PS And they have a truly wonderful salad on the menu - the Kears Farm salad leaves - with a great mustardy shallot dressing.」6月9日 19時44分
