@kakosi08 . Yeah, back then drugstores were usually on a corner and they sold all kinds of small stuff, since coke was invented by a druggist and added a sit down counter for folks to relax while they waited for their RX to be filled he offered ice cream and sodas of all flavors, fizzies for sure and a trend was born. It has since all but died out.

@kakosi08 ....naw, its just a soda jerk, the kid that serves coke at a drugstore counter, the place we used to go to get our coca cola fix back in the day, the dudes hair is supposed to be blonde, it just looks green in this repro.

@kenraybonez we had milk bars - they were little shops that sold milkshakes, icecream, spiders, fizzy drinks (like coco cola) and lollies. Sometimes also hamburgers. Why did you call them drugstores, did chemists sell food?

Sing along...15 cents, a nickel and a dime, at Burger Chef you will get it ever time, French fried potatoes, big thick shakes, and the biggest burger chef, hamburger yet!

I miss drugstores with fosphates. My mom introduced me to them and one of the few things I really got to enjoy with my parents outside of the house
