Worst customer service and have high attitude. We asked for wheelchair service for my parents due to knee replacement and they confirmed it than also they didnt provided wheelchair assistant on the connecting flight. Currently my parents have high pain in knees due to walk throughout the airport for connecting flights. When they asked at counter staff replied that we dont provide wheelchair service for long haul. I cant figure out what kind of this customer service is? #cathaypacific #cathaypacificairways

@cathaypacific PLS find a solution to my 2 x broken bags that you chucked down 7 flights of stairs and then dragged across a few countries. Also, waiting for any feedback from your team on the curdled milk served to me onboard that left me sick days after the flight. Thanks for also having a 2 hour delay - "great service"
Now how about a solution to my baggage that you keep providing conflicting information on?

@cathaypacific could your team please respond with an appropriate solution for the damage your airline caused. Waiting for a proper solution, and better service. Please ask them to contact me asap as we are running out of time before my next travel, and your team like to contact me once a day only with mixed messages. And if they could be reminded not to contact between 10PM - 2AM as these are sleeping hours.

Love the airline, ppl, aircrafts etc. bit your reward program gives you very little reward for commitment. Joining the MP club also gives you very little as a prem Eco traveller. I get more benefits from one world than Cathay.
Booked again Cathay in Sept to Europe, but the reward won’t be much with you, more to Qantas club as I get points with them, status goes up, even with flying with you! Seem strange

@cathaypacific I’ve sent an email about this. Unsurprisingly, I received an auto response saying you’re handling more customer communication than usual - that’s what happens when your customers don’t think much of you as a service provider.
