全力を尽くし、レース展開、結果共に満足のいくものでしたが、勝つことはできませんでした。

ライバルが強かったです💦

次はドーハ世界陸上(日本時間9/29 5:30スタート)です！万全の状態でスタートラインに立てるように、人事を尽くします👍

I participated in A Coruna.
I finished 3rd and my time was 1:17:54.

I was able to walk as fast as I could and am satisfied with my result and race performance.

However, I couldn't win the race. My rivals are very strong.

My next race is the Doha World Championship. I'll make every effort to be perfectly prepared for the race.
