Since buying this house, I’ve dreamed of having this space. If you ask me if I would take on a fixer upper again...the answer is NO...but also yes. Hahaha 😂 I love that everything is exactly how I want it, but I am also a very impatient person when it comes to home stuff so I was dying to get this done. Many of you have asked why we don’t have a bathroom and that’s because we had a specific budget for this space & did not want to go over by adding a bathroom! Maybe in the future it’s something we can add, but I’m very happy with what it is now! Also I’m sure my friends & fam won’t mind the short little walk into the house for the bathroom anyway ☺️ This space also serves more as our office as we’re not always hosting, so it works out! I’ll tag where I got everything in the photo in case you’re wondering! Lastly, all this was done by our contractor Greg & his team from @affordablequalityconstructions. If you’re in the LA area, he does an amazing job, so much fun to work with and his family have become my friends. Truly such great people and made this process so enjoyable.
