@klm worst airline ever! Two days ago we travelled with you to Havana but you sent our bags to Atlanta! We still don’t have our bags! Shame on you. You also forwarded our flight to Varadero due to bad weather condition in Havana, electricity went down on the plane and we nearly died from lack of air conditioning. Shame on you, what a fraud of an airline. You better deliver our bags today, we are sick of this! Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish customer service too! Shame on you. You destroyed our holidays so far! All our belongings, important things are in those bags! You had no right to sent them to a wrong place! ? better get it fixed!

Quero dar o meu mais sincero parabéns a KLM por toda falta de respeito com o passageiro. Vocês são mega prestativos para avisarem do cancelamento de um vôo, mas totalmente ineficientes, grosseiros e rudes na solução. De um voo direto de 11 horas passei para um voo com escala de 12 horas, sem nenhuma compensação. Ridículo. Vocês são totalmente opostos a todo o povo holandês no que tange a respeito.

@klm don’t you think I’ve already done it like million times?! We did and still you aren’t solving our issue. You ruined our holidays so far! ?? we wear same clothes since Thursday in 40 C heat! Joke of an airline. We had personal, expensive belongings in our bags and your lack of professionalism lead to this! Bad, bad, bad airline.

@klm That possibly ... I get paid some of what I lost .... This does not seem good, I travel with you thinking that everything would be fine, now I lost my suitcase and maybe I will be paid something of everything I have spent all this 3 weeks and 5 days without my suitcase.?
