I truly NEVER thought in my entire life that I would train for or run a half marathon... BUT... HERE 👏🏻 WE 👏🏻 ARE! This October I’ll be running 21.1 KM with my @niketoronto squad and we are in FULL on training mode 💪🏻 Any tips and tricks are so welcome for this ... it’s my first big run and I’m NERVOUS 😳 to say the least. Shout out to my amazing coach @itsjenniferlau for keeping me strong in the gym while I work towards these new goals! ✨🏃🏼‍♀️
