bethanyjensen_ So, a person can be arrested or fined for writing or photographing, or filming an advertisement that a group of people (and why do those people get to make that decision?) have deemed inappropriate? When, if left alone, the market place would either condone or ignore the advertisement and it would then succeed or fail. No need for such intervention. Also, advertising makes you think, question, feel good, or feel uncomfortable. This is a bad day for advertising.
