Instructions: . 1) In a mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes and a pinch of sugar in mixing bowl. Whisk until fully mixed. 2) Slice your tofu into small cubes, placing into mixing bowl with sauce. Let tofu marinate for approx. 30 minutes. 3) Once marinated, put tofu on a baking sheet.  4) Place into oven at 375 degrees. Bake until crisp and lightly browned 5) In a wok, combine sesame oil, 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic, broccoli, carrots and 2 tablespoons of water. 6) Place lid on top of wok and let steam 7) Once steamed, add asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini and tomatoes to wok. 8) Pour in any additional marinade. Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes
Sugar
Sesame Oil

Broccoli
Carrots
Asparagus
Bell Peppers
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Tofu
