Tidal bouldering: barnacle sit starts, rock pool crash pads, bon but salty connies 🌊 The British coast always reminds me of adventures by the sea as a kid with my Dad and Brother. Getting stuck on random beaches, forgotten tide lapping at our feet, climbing vertical grass, rotten sea cliffs or tunnels to get out. Pasties or fish and chips in the campsite after. The sea cliffs I guess are as good a classroom as any 🦀 @blackdiamond

manlithic Never done any beach bouldering! Always way too easy just to get on some Gritstone but , I need to go and play at the sea side soon .Save me getting bored with the traditional stuff ( none climbing holiday naaaaa ) . All the best R

f1zzyfox I just got the ‘Dorset Bouldering’ book for Father’s Day—I’ve literally just got into climbing, so maybe next year when I’m not so wine-fat ??
