i definitely want to nominate my mom. she really is the glue of our family and is always there guiding us after everything God has thrown our way. 5 years ago my dad lost his mom, last year he lost his dad, and this year my mom lost her dad and her great aunt that had been apart of her life for a long time. through all that my brother and I switched schools a few years back because our catholic school closed and she really got us through a hard time of anxiety and depression switching from a small private school to a large public school while in the same year my sister was jumped in the hallways for defending a special needs boy. my mom really is the best thing in all our lives. she has so many health problems and already at 45 she is on so much medication and has been to the hospital more times than we can count. if not for her and then for all our family that has gotten sick or visiting all her patients because she makes them feel like family too. even through everything she is always the most positive person I know and wholeheartedly believes this has always been God’s plan for her. her and I are for sure always in church every sunday morning and I cannot thank her enough for taking my siblings and I there since we were born, because of that I feel that I too have a great connection with my faith and it’s all thanks to her. she doesn’t get recognized or noticed for all she does and i always wish there was more I could do for her.

My husband :) This story is so random it will absolutely sound made up. It is not. We have not been doing the best. I understand if through prayer the Lord puts someone else on your heart. We got married November 2016 :D and in our engagement my husband lost his mother that raised him ( he is adopted) Next we found a mass on my brain and started our marriage out at MD Anderson Cancer center. Next my Husband ( Logan ended up at the hospital and lost his job for mental health) Then his dad died. not kidding. It is like a movie over here. We went to church camp soon after that and he broke his hand playing basketball, had two surgeries, it is healing :) Next we went to Dallas to take an "us" trip and he fell off of a scooter and got a concussion. We currently are trying to see if the concussion messed with his Chiari Malformation ( his brain disorder) because the other day his legs collapsed and he couldn't walk straight or hold himself up. They keep telling him it is just post concussive syndrome. Either way we need it to go away because we have to pay bills. We both work full time! We met both of our coinsurance's in March if that tells you anything. I absolutely would NEVER post this on instagram because it is not easy to talk about. You guys are believers though so if anything, prayer. God is good. All the time. I trust him :) Thanks for being you guys! You inspire many.

I would love to nominate my husband. We have been blessed with 7 children, one of them was born sleeping on his birthday in 2012. In 2014 our first rainbow baby was born, and 4 months later he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. He had to have his kidney removed, and went straight back to work as soon as he could. We have just recently went through a scare where they thought it was back, and it is not curable. Praise Jesus, it was not back!!!!! No matter the trials we are put through, he has been our rock and never stops!! He believes God will pull us through anything, and reminds our family of it daily! He has given me the blessing of staying home with our children for the last 14 years, when our second child was born deaf. I have had many surgeries, and health struggles but he has been by my side every step of the way. He volunteers and works hard to help in any aspect he can at church. If family or friends need help, he’s right there to help, even if he’s just worked a 8-10 hour day. Because we are a single income family I can not provide him with special things I think he deserves, but he never complains about anything. I would love to see him blessed, because he has surely been a blessing to everyone that knows him. Thank you for the opportunity?

I’m nominating my mother @kbell5713 she’s an amazing mother and an amazing person. A few years ago she took in two of my nephews and has tasked herself with providing them with the best care she can. The 7 year old has autism, and the 5 year old has fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, it’s not an easy day most days, but she never gives up. And even on the hard days where it’s nothing but meltdowns and fights and tears, she continues to do everything she can to make sure those two have a happy and bright future. I’m not sure I’ve ever met someone who is as selfless as she is, she didn’t have to live this life but she chose to, and those boys are beautiful and smart and so happy, and she deserves the world. No matter who you choose to bless, this is an amazing thing you’re doing. Even the smallest of blessings can cause the biggest results. Thank you for your time ? #weeklyblessing

I would like to nominate my mom. She’s the glue that holds our entire family together and does it with such grace and courage. She came over from Italy when she was 5 years old and through the help of her parent’s friend was able to learn English and go to college and become a nurse. She is constantly checking in on my grandparents and visits them a lot. My grandpa has dementia and it’s taken a toll on my grandma so my mom is over there helping all the time. She still manages to keep up with my siblings and myself all of who live in different states. She’s always a phone call away and I know she would do anything for us. She prays for us constantly and I truly believe her prayers give our family strength. I don’t know how she does what she does but I’m truly blessed to have a mom like her! Thanks for doing this! Glad to finally see some good in this world!

I nominate my husband. Who has worked hard so I could stay home with the kids and homeschool. He has always been there through our miracle babies’ health issues and has been my rock when it’s been rough. I wish I could do more for him because he is truly a blessing in our lives. I would love to surprise him with this because he always surprises me. He has been there to every specialist Dr appointment our kids go to and is hands on with the therapy they had to do. He is the reason I am the strong woman/mom I am today. He is my teammate and soulmate and I would love this for him. Thank you for being such sweet amazing people who are truly showing kindness and faith in this world. More people should take note from you all. Congrats on the upcoming birth of baby too!! God Bless!❤️
