Choices. Life changes. It’s so hard to pull the trigger sometimes. We decided it was time. Moving to Hawaii was paramount to me because Batel is getting older and I wanted her to grow up with nature and a simpler life than LA. Life is so short and I’m so glad we took the plunge. I think the best part of all of this is the healing for us @liorbitt ♥️ I love you ♥️

brittkidd18 @deepasthemidnightsky well I’m in Tucson so I can’t speak for all parts of AZ, but overall, I like the weather better, not having earthquakes is great, everything is way cheaper, the people are more friendly and eager to help, there is a lot of culture and history events going on regularly that are super fun/interesting, and Tucson won some foodie type award and got published in AAA magazine and who doesn’t love having a million options for food that only take 15 minutes to get to max?

shesananteater That’s crazy. I remember when I lived in Scottsdale, knowing, for some reason I knew you lived there too. I moved to Hawaii four years ago for similar reasons and just now come across your post. Welcome home. I’m glad Hawaii is treating you as well as it’s treated me. I’m 41 and my baby is 9 months. We’re in Ewa. :)

amymariestith Do you think you’ll eventually buy a single-family home there in the future, or are you fine living in a condo building? It would be nice to have a private yard, etc.... but I imagine there are some nice amenities in a building like yours!

roxyb1683 We left CA for the same reasons. Life is too short to be in such a hurry all the time. Our children need to take in nature and enjoy all it has to offer. Best of luck on your new adventures!

katyz123 Welcome to Hawai’i! The energy in Hawaii is so pure! If you enjoy the beach, Kaimana’s beach is the best. Past the aquarium. Kid friendly and the water is so clear and clean ?
