On this #FathersDay, I want to thank all of you for your support of me as a new dad. It's received in a very heartfelt way. I take the responsibilty of fatherhood with much seriousness. We as fathers, as Black fathers, are an important path to childrens future. To @P&G（Procter & Gamble） , your commitment to the African American community and providing a platform for Black fathers to have this open conversation about biases in America is appreciated.
Tell every young man you know that “You Matter”! Let them feel the love that we as adults have for them whether they are your child or not. Let them know how much they matter and how truly important they are.
