On June 21, experience the perfect harmony between Kaiseki and Japanese sake specially curated by an international sake sommelier at our one-day only "Sake & Dine" event.

Established in 1818 with 200 years of acclaimed sake brewing history, Ena Jozo uses Hidahomare sake rice grown locally in Ena area and spring water sourced from Futatsumoriyama of the Japanese Alps at an altitude of 600m above sea level. The result is Kujira Nami, a sake imbued with the richness of Mother Nature and honed craftsmanship of 200 years that perfectly complements the special seasonal Kaiseki menu crafted by our executive chef at this one-day only event.
