Really upset that my order came today and one item was not the one ordered! Phoned customer services who would not dispatch the correct item free of charge standard delivery let alone offer me free next day delivery as an apology? The skirt and top outfit was for a graduation ceremony on Thursday? Customer service very unhelpful, is this really your policy to effectively charge customers for your error?? One unhappy customer.

MANGO returns take 3-12 working days from the date that the parcel reaches our warehouse. You will be notified by email once the exchange or refund has been processed. Hello. I cannot include the hangers in my return shipping because the box it came in is broken and the hangers are too large to fit in the shipping bag that I have. Is that ok? Will I still get my refund? I'm scared that they might deny my refund just because I didn't include the hangers.

@presentlocker same. They sent me an item in wrong size, the customer service didn't even apologize. It has been 7 days and it's still unclear.
