dbjoanna Nunca pensei que faria um post desses e infelizmente estou eu aqui escrevendo. Comprei um ticket para eu retornar ao Brasil (round trip), onde a EMIRATES tem convênio com a GOL AIRLINES. Comprei a passagem pela Emirates de Dubai para Porto Alegre com conexão em São Paulo com ida dia 26 de junho e volta dia 20 de Dezembro, a ida dia 26 de junho não está confirmada somente a volta dia 20 de Dezembro está, gostaria de saber o porque não confirmaram. A passagem foi comprada dia 15 de Junho de 2019 às 11 horas da manhã (horário de Dubai) e liguei até o dia de hoje 20 de Junho de 2019 à 1:30 am (horário de Dubai). A GOL disse que era problema da Emirates e a Emirates disse que o problema era da Gol. Infelizmente tive que cancelar todo o processo e agora o que me resta é esperar o dinheiro retornar para eu comprar uma nova passagem que por sinal está mais cara. (I NEED TO WAIT SEVEN WORKING DAYS FOR MY MONEY RETURN FOR ME) Eu sou usuária dessas companhias há 5 anos e jamais havia me dado certo problema. Estou tentando comprar nova passagem no site da EMIRATES e o mesmo está dando problema. A Emirates está deixando a desejar. I NEVER THINK THAT I’LL WRITE THIS POST. BUT I’M HERE FOR TALK ABOUT THIS TWO FLY COMPANIES. I BOUGHT TICKET FOR ROUND TRIP (Go to Brazil June 26 and come back to DUBAI December 20) so my ticket for come back in December it’s okay but my ticket for go right now no ??‍♀️. What’s happened? I wanna one solution. I bought the last Saturday June 15 - 11:00 am (DUBAI TIME) and I called everyday till today June 20 1:30am (DUBAI TIME). They said I have just two ways (cancel or paid AED 2.000 - $550). Emirates said that Gol has a problem but Gol said that Emirates has a problem. ?? I fly with the both companies like 5 years and never something like this happened with me. Right now I need to wait 7 working days for my money to return to my account ?. mummasanityschnauzer That's amazing to hear that you are doing what you are every part counts ❤️ I look forward to seeing them next month when I fly with you ? and I would really like to know know all these people magically get free upgrades and access to lounges etc. I watch it on line all the time ? but unfortunately I fly with you and have never had such luck I work hard every day to support my family and children with disabilities and when I finally get a chance to have a holiday no such luck but these other people must have some magic dust I'm unaware of or it's just some false advertising that is spreading the internet to make people want to fly with you having a slight chance of getting an upgraded to first class but I guess that's is why they say dreams are free reality isn't ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? well done for switching to a better way for the environment ?

sonyaleahcollins #emiratesairline Just get yr planes to take off when you say they will!! Instead of canceling a OS trip altogether and getting one of yr partners to get there the looong way!!! Absolute shame on you!! You know what you can do with your straws!
