@danielzlowe it’s the poise , grace , style that is unique . In someways a tad like Mark Richards of the the 70s era , long sweeping carves with flaying arms but not like that .. it’s more fluidity .. then snap ! Instant aggression with the build up prior . So it’s transitional .. from smooth takeoff to power Hard to explain in words but this photo is a classic of laid back motion , riding as one with the wave as opposed to massacring it as do modern surfers
