When I'm in Canberra I love the Brumbies gym, and @praksiscanberra when I'm able to get there. I've been talking to the good people at @ironedgetraining about setting up a home gym for strength and mobility. I'll share some photos when it happens. .

cursingthedarkness Does trekking in the Himalayas count? I would return in a heartbeat if I could. We worked with a great guide from Three Sisters (they focus on empowerment of women in Nepal). If we are going to do this stuff, do it respectfully am I right?

theothergov I still train in childrens play gyms.. in the parks.. sidewalks... trees.... calestetic training in the parks... is my favourite place to be....

jspringbrown Home gym all the way. I’ve got a great one set up by my husband for us it’s better than any gym I’ve trained at. Space is key- not too crowded!

1987bluebyo Mana is one of mine but Matopas, climbing the Gomos and absorbing the surroundings but mainly the quiet.
