C'est dommage que vous avez également des employés qui n'ont rien à faire de la clientèle. Un commandant qui a choisi de laisser 13 passagers à MTL en direction à Lima, dont 5 enfants en bas âge, 1 bébé et une femme enciente. Quand on est arrivé à la porte d'embarquement à cause d'un vol retardé de québec (1h30) et que l'avion était encore là, ils nous dissent: vous ne pouvez plus monter dans l'avion et vous devez rester deux jours jusqu'au prochain vol. Mais, nos bagages, OUI ils ont pu monter dans l'avion!!!!!! On dirait qu'ils avait plus des droits que leur propriétaires. C'EST DU GROS N'IMPORTE QUOI !!!! ??? je ne voterai jamais pour vous comme meilleur compagnie aérienne de l'Amérique du Nord. I'm really dissapointed with air canada. Maybe there are some foo

I seem to remember when your airline stranded me in a foreign country at 2am with no where to go and the next morning I asked a gate agent for an update and said “this has been the worst experience ever.” I was in tears frustrated and he responded with attitude saying “no, 9/11 was the worst experience ever. Go sit.” He had just seen my ID and knew that I was coming from Boston where three of the doomed 9/11 planes departed. That fiasco caused me to miss a $400 nonrefundable flight to Dublin and all you offered me was a half-assed apology and 15% off a next booking. I’ve NEVER flown you since and NEVER will. @aircanada hands down the worst airline experience of my life and I’ve literally traveled every continent except Antarctica.

This makes no sense. Who voted!?! Your board? Your investors? I seriously doubt many real passengers did. Let's talk about the two puppies in kennels your airline abandoned on the tarmac for an hour and decided to kick off the flight even though they were reserved for cargo 30 days prior? This award must be rigged because you guys are the worst airline and I'm ashamed that a Canadian airline continues to provide the most abominable customer service and care that I've ever experienced. Genuinely shameful. Respond to @helppaws and be better ??

@charlene_threlfall ugh sounds like this happens a lot. They pulled this crap with me and then then when I asked for an update and indicated that it had been the worst experience ever... the gate agent threw 9/11 in my face as if being left overnight in a foreign airport wasn’t something to complain about. Worst service I’ve ever received at an airline. Ever.

Our 8 hour trip from Vancouver to New York, for my birthday, turned into an over 24 hour travel disaster, complete with a 13+ hour layover in Toronto. Air Canada's idea of adequate compensation was to offer a $100 travel coupon, almost as insulting as the $10 meal voucher to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner at Pearson. So many better airlines out there

@nomadnikki.sf yep me too we are now stuck in Portugal for 7 hours before we can get a new connecting flight because they removed us from the one earlier because they "thought we wouldnt make it". There we were at the gate and they had put someone else on the flight!! Absolute stuff of nightmares!
