ceydagibson I have contacted you more than twice in last 7 days in order to check whether my order has been shipped. ZERO(0) RESPONSE. Post NL never delivers your deliveries - none of my previous orders were delivered, there was not even once "you weren't at home" card. The only thing I need from you as a shipping number. It has been 10 days since I ordered. Its shouldn't be this difficult, should it? You are a Japanese brand but you don't follow the values or culture. Shame on you. I will never order anything from you ever again.
