Today marks the beginning of the 50th year of existence of one of the brightest lights from heaven here on earth. That light’s name is Peter Paige and if you are lucky enough to have had even the briefest of exchanges with him then you know what it feels like to have your life INSTANTLY enriched. If you are extra fortunate to have known him for nearly two decades and to have weathered enormous challenges and ridden some incredible highs with him as I have then you also know that your life would be so much poorer had you never met. I could say I’ve watched him grow into the incredible man he is today over the years, but the truth is, he’s ALWAYS been that incredible man but with each passing year as he continues to search and learn and grow as a human being he merely continues to redefine what “incredible” means. He is one of the few people who TRULY makes the WORLD a better place every day. Looking through my photos today, trying to pick a few that capture Peter’s essence I found tears rolling down my cheeks to realize how many amazing junctures in my recent life he has been a part of and how I cannot imagine wanting to go through ANY of them, good or bad, with anyone other than Peter.
