mlesueur Why did head type and heart type get so much love and understanding? But gut type get thrown under the bus as a useless way of describing 8,9,1’s? I get it, as a 6 you see your gut as the root of all of your anxieties and fears, but the gut/brain connection is absolutely at the root of everything about being an 8. If the heart types have more mirror neurons that make them more twoey- I have more whatever gut neurons make your know a storm is coming - which is why we also always know a fight is coming. Understanding my focus is on my body has been so crucial to my growth. Look at how Chelsea describes empathy? She imagines what it’s like to be in someone’s life, what their shoes feel like etc. we don’t connect by looking into your eyes but we can relate human to human based on experience, we feel that connection in our gut. Those are powerful nerves getting messages constantly so it’s also easy to make decisions, because our bodies have been mulling it over for awhile without us even knowing. Obviously, as an 8, I had to challenge this. But I love this episode so much ?. And I’m excited to share your positive view of being a six with my husband. You totally described all of these reasons why I love being married to a six. ❤️?❤️?❤️

He’s doing amazing crossover work with lots of models... trauma work especially. I admire your transparency, humor and mostly unabashedly ridiculous bullshit that makes me (and maybe all of us) feel refreshingly normal. Yay, Chelsea Handler! ❤️

sexkitten1980 I listen to your podcast while at work and feel like I'm an 8. I never wanted children and now I'm with a man who has three. It's causing me a lot of anger and resentment that's putting a lot of strain on our relationship. Listening to you is making me consider therapy to learn how to work through and deal with these feelings.

clbeauche Great podcast...enjoyed all the insight. Took the test and I’m a 3. No real surprise there, but the test also told me I’m unwell, which is also no surprise. My question is can I get to a point where I can change my number? I know it’s not all bad, but my number is probably the most fucked up.

kariwasmund I listened this this and man, it hit home. I’m an 8 and get so fucking mad when people don’t stand up for themselves! It makes being a stepmom VERY difficult. When the kids take advantage of my husband, I lose my shit!
