sarahrs07 We ordered furniture from you months ago...delivery was flubbed 2 times and today on the 3rd attempt (3rd time my husband worked from home to accommodate your poor service), the delivery people lied and said our road was too narrow to drive...fire trucks drive our road. The customer service rep continued the lie by saying she checked google and our “street did have a lot of trees” so the driver couldn’t make it ?. Absurd. So, my husband removed both car seats from his car and went to meet the delivery men which made him late for a work meeting. This is not the first time we’ve had trouble with your service...and when we complain we get NO WHERE. I like your furniture so I’m not going to punish myself by not shopping with you all BUT PLEASE, work on your customer service because it’s SO SHAMEFUL.

rainbowbrite09 I need the 58 inch emmerson dinning bench in pine. It’s no longer available online but a few select stores have them. I’ve always had things shipped to me from stores. It seems in this circumstance to complete my collection someone would be willing to work with us so we can get these benches shipped to us from a store that has them. Or even shipped up to our local store. Please help. Also no one in your costumer service had any idea about the emmerson collection changing. They said wow it’s our most popular line. It’s been a nightmare to say the least. Please help

westelm @fembot3282 Good question! First, know that these are contract grade stools, meaning they are designed + built to last in commercial (hotels, restaurants, lobbies) + residential settings. Second, they are upholstered in leather, which is highly durable and will age/patina nicely with minimal upkeep. We suggest keeping the leather clean + dry and using a leather cleaner if they collect any drips or stains. We hope that helps!

jaguarlita @westelm the Misto tray I ordered a while ago finally arrived...and despite advertising it with grapes (food!) on it, a large sign on the back of the tray says ‘not for food use.’ Why sell a tray like this, advertise it with food on it, then indicate it should not be used with food? ?‍♀️?‍♀️

colecutss Don’t trust @westelm they will continually lie to you about the status of your order and then just cancel your order after you waited two months for it! Will never shop here again and neither should you.
