An opportunity to once again feel incredibly blessed to have my daily practice . Yoga keeps me centered . Yoga brings awareness to mechanic and automatic old ways... ways that no longer serve me, ways that I am ready to let go. So humbling to see that there’s always so much to learn and so much more to open to really let life in. I realized that it’s not getting out of a situation , running away from what is, that peace is found... peace is found by changing what we can within the situation we so desperately want to get away from... wisdom... presence, humility it takes to see the difference.
