I recently went to the Johnson & Johnson campus to learn more about all the great work they're doing and the wonderful causes they support. I was so impressed with how well they treat their employees. They have incredible benefits, especially for parents. If you're traveling for work, @jnj will ship your breast milk back home. They also have extra parental leave and great child care benefits. As of mom of two, this is something that really resonated with me. You can read more about what I learned at the #jnj #livehealthylivewell Boot Camp in this helpful article https://www.jnj.com/innovation/employee-benefits-that-help-make-johnson-johnson-a-great-company. Photos like this can happen with the extra parental leave! Love! #ad

@missy_o72 well, to answer that, i use mostly organic products and very cautious to make sure the companies don’t test on animals or have known they have caused cancers and other diseases “knowingly”! So i do research plenty and there may be products have used before but i don’t use when i know the dangers. Have you ever had a person in your family suffer from illness, especially cancer? Watched them whither away in front of you? Watched the pain and agony from the treatment and pain meds unable to even help. Then you know, when a company openly admits that they knew what their products had it it caused illness and sadly still use many of the same chemicals, you’ll understand why i can never respect a company like that.

@britneybrooksvb @jilli.kins if you guys have such a problem with it then why even follow them? One all the companies that @kramergirl are companies that are doing good things but even if they weren't who cares. You are allowed to have a opinion just like everyone but you didn't need to post such a negative comment. The post is a picture of her beautiful family so is it really that hard to just like the photo and move on or not like the photo and move on. You guys are complaining about it being an "AD SITE" but think about it we are all so into Social Media so of course companies are going to ask Celebrities if they can post an ad & companies advertise all over social media without celebrities.

Man the negativity is one of the reasons I dislike social media. It gives a platform for everyone to pick apart others in a way that they never ever would in person. Why can't Jana support her family and her favorite companies without all the hate? I wonder how everyone would feel if their life was criticized and picked apart at every turn ? Just because she's a celebrity doesn't mean she's not human. Words matter and why not choose to use words that build up instead of tearing down? You don't have to agree with everything someone says or promotes in order to still respect them as a person.

@missy_o72 sorry for your losses. But now you understand that a company that knowingly did that, has openly stated it and knows so many put this stuff on children could allow it for all those years. My father also passed from cancer, but three types. Friend had ovarian cancer from JnJ products she used for years. Sadly many of us didn’t know the dangers before, but knowing it now, i can’t prevent it all to my son, but i only use natural, non chemical products and many home made items.

Not a fan of them. I like more natural ingredients but if you like them then you have that right! You should not be shamed for like a certain product or company. If it works for you and your children that is all that matters. Let's stop judging each other! Unless you are perfect do not open your mouth with hate!

@moonlitruby yes I have my grandfather from colon cancer and my grandmother from non Hodgkin lymphoma guess what her Dr linked it to the hair color she used. So yes I feel for you and it breaks my heart to know others have gone through it. I'm sorry for your losses. It's not easy I know.
