suzannealvares Disappointed : Bought MAC Liquid lipstick ‘Dance with me’ less than a month ago from MAC Viviana Thane India. Used it thrice and found the product having a manufacturing defect; the lid opens from under the ring which should ideally be sealed. Went to store yesterday and the sales persons says “we will fix it”. Cost of the product is ₹2050/-. MAC known as one the top beauty products in the world was not able to take ownership of its product and upfront exchange the defective piece. I guess MAC does not have that class, after all. The customer has to bear!! Amazing! as MAC has always been our family’s 1st choice...maybe not anymore....
