thingsthatdontexistanymore Have you ever heard of the quetzalcoatlus? This fucker was pretty much a flying giraffe. It lived about 72 million years ago and the fossils of these things were first discovered in Texas in 1971 by Douglas A. Lawson. He shit is pants finding this thing in the dirt. It was 33-36 feet tall and weighted around 440-550 pounds so it was a skinny little fucker. It also had a wingspan of 52 feet which is terrifying. The skull of this thing looked really weird and painful because it was super long and pointy. These assholes ate everything that came in its way because it had a high metabolism and shit. If it was alive today it would probably pick up humans and eat them while flying because they are badasses. It even ate dinosaurs and shit when it was alive. Luckily these things didn’t know how to adapt to the changing climate because they were stupider than a sack of bird shit which means they don’t exist anymore. Let’s all honor this flying giraffe.
