@glouiseatkinson is there any advice for thyroid sufferers taht go beyond being on the correct meds? Many of us aren't (obvs an issue with docs), but also means we have to be careful about the types of exercise we are doing. A little too much of something (which is far less than a non-thyroid patient) can put stress on our adrenals, release too much cortisol and keep weight/fat on... it's really frustrating... im cutre

@sharon4947 Only one I was adamant about was proteins, fibre and fats for my first meal of the day. Usually eggs, avocado & greens to stabilise blood sugar for the day. Other than that I didn’t. Just sensible clean choices depending on what I was doing / training that day ?

@glouiseatkinson starting week 2 tomorrow, I absolutely love the workout, it's over before I know it and I just lie there in a pool of sweat. Awesome ????♀️?
