inbarc Hello, I would like to praise your amazing MixC branch in Shenzhen China. I was there today and was in awe at the most incredible customer service I have recieved in a very long time. This is what happened: Over a month ago I bought a beautiful black swimsuit from another @OYSHO branch. I wore it once and it got torn at the top. I was pissed, annoyed and devastated. Not only was this suit flattering to my size (not a Barbi...), but it was an expensive 500 rmb (about $75 USD) suit, that I wore once. I was not happy. As it turned out I could not get to any one of the branches due to, well, life itself (kids, family, work, etc.). So today, when I finally got around to it, I knew that I had a war coming, and I had to prepare for it. I started going thru the converstaion in my head: I was ready to fight! I had already imagined myself not leaving until I get my way (!!), arguing loudly (!!), making a long line for other customers... you know what I mean...But when I got to the store and asked to speak to the manager, I met a woman, fluent in English, who smlied at me and asked what was the matter. After I explained the situation pleasantly, she looked me in the eye and apologized....I was like..WHAT?? Then she said I could choose something else and if I did not find anything, she would give me full refund. I was so shocked by her reaction that I repeated what I said: please note I bought the suit five weeks ago, from another branch, and that I cut the label off... and so she replied: Yes, it really is very frustrating, we apologize, please let me check for you if we have this suit in your size, and if we don't you are more than welcome to try our other best-selling suits. I was amazed and relieved. She was courteous, nice, professional and made the entire experience pleasant. You've definlty made a long-term customer today. Thank you so very much.?
