I grew up dreaming of becoming an Olympian. That dream allowed me to learn and grow as a person. It encouraged me to increase my self-awareness & my self-worth. It taught me to always give my best & follow the process. I've finished fourth (Beijing2008), I've won an Olympic medal (London2012) and I've not qualified (Rio2016). Each part of the journey has taught me invaluable lessons for life (not just sport). Happy #OlympicDay 😊❤
