We are really big fans of the AnnaBelinda brand and their wonderful designs. Based in Oxford, England, their designs offered a “feminine romantic” look which has proved very popular with customers across the world. Belinda O’Hanlon set up the company with her business partner, Anita Woodhead in 1970. The well-known independent store provided women’s bespoke and vintage fashion for 41 years until its closure in 2011. The golden age was the 1970’s and in the spring of 1975, London department store Liberty invited AnnaBelinda to design a dress for their centenary. As the clothing was handmade made in the shop, pieces are very rare. However, Jabberwockey will be presenting its range of 1970’s Anna Belinda and Liberty from the 6/26 until 7/2 on the 10th floor at Hankyu.
