Craving some ocean time! Ok so I’m feeling a little sick and laying in bed and feel like this is a good time to answer some questions about my eating and work out routine. I get dms everyday and want to be able to answer them now. Im a huge @southbeachdiet advocate and truly believe it works best for me and my lifestyle. I’ve been chatting with my @southbeachdiet team and for our next campaign I really want to do work out videos too to show y’all the whole package of what I eat and what exercises i do. I also want to do a full days menu of all of the things I eat and what time I eat through the day and my favorite things they have on the website (chocolate shake, popcorn, chicken and rice). nmmatalie I hope this doesn’t come off insensitive but how much weight were you able to loose from this diet and your workouts.. I know all people carry weight differently but just wondering how effective it was for you! You are serious body goals ? I’m seriously considering the south beach diet from all you’ve shared.. it seems like it really works

kait1230 @jessiejamesdecker Is there anyway you can really advocate to @southbeachdiet to please make a gluten free meal plan? There are no diet plans that are GF and it’s extremely frustrating when you’re a mom of 2 and it would be so easy and convenient if the meals could somehow incorporate people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. ???

ekaterina_v_rubtsova What kind of workouts do you do and do use weights and how heavy are the weights that you use? Also what kind of products do you use on your skin that makes your skin look incredible without make up, is there a specific brand that you use?

kenley080 How soon after having Forrest did u start the South Beach Diet. I just had a baby 2 months ago but don’t want to lose my milk. I noticed that all the food u buy comes with the level 1 but level 2 is recommended for breast feeding moms

ahdias_event_decor Wait how can u have south beach diet food yet cook ur own food too ?? Cause when I was on nutrisystem I could only eat what was given too me and if I ate anything else I wouldn't see results but when I stuck ti that meal I did!
