kandid_kara I placed order number 0003426291 on 6/21/19 At 7:55 AM. I received a confirmation email for the order, confirming my two day shipping. As of yesterday I still had not received my “your item has been shipped” email, so I contacted your company who told me that the order was accidentally canceled due to a “technical difficulty”, that this is very rare but it does happen sometimes. I have been ordering from your company for the last 15 years and have never had this issue. Everything I ordered was on clearance and a lot of it is now sold out, items I had my heart set on for months. Your company told me that they will give me a $60 reward for this inconvenience, and would I like to replace the order with them right now, giving them all of my payment information again? I told them that there is still a hold on my checking account for the $120 order I placed on 6/21/19, of which I received nothing, and I need that back in order to place another order. They said that there is no way for them to release that authorization hold on my checking account, and that I have to contact my bank. My bank said this is absolutely not true and that the merchant company is the one who has the hold and needs to release it. I am absolutely sick to my stomach over this entire thing-I had my eyes set on these items for a while and waited for them to go on clearance because I do not have a lot of money-$120 was a lot of money for me to spend, and a lot of money for you to be holding, with a cancelled order and no clothes in my possession. I am literally terrified to ever ever order from your company again, and will make sure to tell everyone that I know. This has been an atrocious experience, completely on the fault of your company.
