This summer people have asked what do I do physically and yet no one asks what do I do mentally. I joined a group of players who I got to know for three days. Who are all on different paths. @jamieedwards11 works with players at all levels of the game. So interesting to experience this. We wrote (a lot) and something I will get back to this season.
