@char_angelic how about that is EXACTLY what I do now since I lost 60 lbs surpassing my goal weight! I still use the 310 products like the 310 Tea multiple times a day as well as my husband and once a day I still love my Morning shake. I work as a Medical Assistant in a busy ER and on the days I work guess what? We are not aloud food in our work area and in 12 hours I get 30 minutes for lunch, that’s it! What we can have is a covered drink in our work area so guess what keeps me from passing out and becoming the patient? 310 Nutrition because I’m getting all the nutrients and any added superfoods that I blended in. So you see me and my hubby are not just sitting around drinking shakes all day but we are incorporating into our schedule so we get proper nutrition when we can’t have Clean meals and FYI.. We don’t eat fast food or processed foods thank you very much. @mariashelton45 no i think you’re the one that doesn’t get it. Id rather get my nutrition from actual food. Not from some fad diet. Im not gonna replace my healthy food with shakes everyday. To each his own. Its your body and your life. Don’t speak to me like Im some sort of mental defective because I can assure that Im not. People go about weight loss in different ways. Unless people learn how to eat better life long weight loss can’t and wont be obtained. Im sure these shakes will get you to lose the weight you want but like I said its not realistic to stay drinking shakes everyday for the rest of your life. It IS expensive and Id rather have a variety of choices when it comes to my diet.

This may be good for quick weight loss but not longterm maintenance. No diet is. You have to change your lifestyle and learn how to eat healthier for the rest of your life. Get more active too. Fad diets are not the answer. Its not realistic to drink shakes for the rest of your life in order to stay fit. No Dr or nutritionist would recommend this longterm.

@mariashelton45 how about just not buying processed foods or fast food and actually cooking your meals at home? That works too and is more realistic then drinking shakes everyday for the rest of your life in order to stay fit. People are supposed to eat a balanced diet. Fad diets are only good for quick weight loss not longterm fitness.
