Standing on the Cliffs of Moher, named after an old promontory fort called Mothar which stood watch against sea invasion. The cliffs rise over 200m. Just as a warning 70 deaths have occurred on or at the Cliffs of Moher in the last half a century however it remains a massive tourist attraction with a new £32M visitors centre which amazes both in its architectural form, as its built into the earth, & its educational resources much of which are modern interactive computer displays. Last year there were 1,580,040 visitors to this breath taking location on the west coast of Ireland just below Galway. @comicconireland #cliffsofmoher #ireland

wireyj You can walk from the cliffs of moher to liscannor. It's a beautiful walk along the cliff side. It's about 6kms i think?
