All animals deserve our respect and your sponsors are failing hard. Farmed salmon is wack and so is abusing dairy cows and sending their babies to slaughter to be sold as veal. You use your platform for so much good but your sponsors are tainting that. Much love ?

kelseyhunter_ I respect this protest and understand the basis behind it. However, I am curious how you can stand with an organization like sea shepherd. They are known for their harassment and terrorizing protests. I am from a small community and have had many of the local biologists verbally harassed and stalked by sea shepard members. Just curious why you. hose this organization to stand behind!

reedalexander2014 @kim_lamarre Ha, you must just read the anti farm news. Wild Salmon is consuming plastic at the highest rate in history! All wild Salmon is over fished, how do you solve the sustainability issue? Aquaculture is how we are going to feed the global population. Please open your mind and do some reading. Farmed Salmon is best!!!

kim_lamarre @reedalexander2014 farm salmon is such awful product, there’s nothing superior to it. They feed gmo corn to salmon. Salmon doesn’t eat corn.. that’s just a small exemple but please there’s so much wrong about farm salmon as well as industrial fishing..! Having a small and local approach is a much better solution.

jason.beers I was genuinely confused by this post because, over fishing is bad. For everyone like me who thought farming more reduced fishing, it doesn’t. It lowers prices, drives up demand, and fish farms hunt sardines and other small fish to feed the farmed salmon resulting in more wild fish captured not less.

douglasludwigphotography @choowies There's nothing political about this. It's an environmental issue as well as health, sustainability and ethics. Fish farms are toxic for the environment. Atlantic salmon do not belong in the Pacific.
