kaliluhh Its been 2 days since I made an order, yet it still has not been dispatched. Ive made several calls and emails to express my concern but received no responses as well. If my order is still not / cannot be dispatched by today and shipped within 3-4 working days (as stated in your website), I demand a cancellation and full refund immediately. I hope you can rightfully address my concerns as a customer

tlaarcher Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I don’t even think there’s an actual person behind this genuinely responding to everyone’s comments more like a copy and paste or something. I made an order to review on my page and it’s still processing? Customer service line is basically nonexistent do people even get their orders or is this some type of scam?

Having wasted 30 mins on the phone to customer service I was told they cannot guarantee delivery before my holidays next week. I have now placed an order for summer clothes with Matches Fashion who can deliver next day.

ptsouros @netaporter I have DM you on numerous occasions on Twitter and nothing happens, no response. I will take legal action if my goods are not dispatched or my money refunded immediately. And I advise everyone else to do the same, small claims court very accessible. @netaporter #netaporter

mardomgom Hi, I also did a purchase 1 week ago and I havent received any update (it says not yet dispatched). I wrote already 2 emails to customer care I haven't heard anything back yet. I would like to know if I will get my order or if I can cancel it.
