The kids are at home, you’re juggling different childcare routines with work, the world and his wife are having BBQ’s every time the sun pops out, you might be going away on holiday, it’s wedding season, you might have events, it’s all kicking off lads! . I’ve shared more on my stories but my biggest tip is positive preparation! I’ve found that if I go into the day with no plan, I feel lost with what I’m doing, I graze at everything, I don’t make great choices and then I feel a bit bleagh afterwards. Now, I’m not saying don’t enjoy yourself or treat yourself (I’m never going to say that haha), but I do find if I get to the end of the day and I’ve made healthy choices, I feel good💖. So, my main tool is the WW App. It has tonnes of amazing foodie ideas, it has the points value of everything (so you can pre-budget and then not feel overwhelmed when you get to that BBQ etc) and it also has that lovely community of other WW members who are all super friendly and affirming. Sometimes, I just look back at the meals and snacks I’ve tracked in previous months and think, ‘ohhhh yes, that was a good one’ and feel inspired by my past self haha! Thanks 2018 Louise! . Summer doesn’t have to mean it all falls apart, we can totally do this!
