What new gloss colors would you guys like to see? I’m all 👂🏼👂🏼👂🏼 (always wanted to use that emoji 😂)

audhild_84 Dear Kristin! I am a Norwegian going to London hvis summer, and I am so happy your products are avaliable there! But what to get? I want to fill up my suitcase, but realistically I need room for other stuff.. My hair is long , thick and wavy. I usually air dry. What are the essentials in your opinion? (And all you guys who have tried the products, feel free to comment your favorite!)

ashleymd1989 @jennbrownxo I also bought a box with the wrong color in it. I bought the Smoky Topaz and the gloss came out bright orange to which I thought maybe the gold tones just looked bright. After rinsing out of my hair...I saw that my hair was BRIGHT WARM RED. It was so frustrated and i couldn't wash it out. I had to dye my hair to remove it all. @kristin_ess I was so so sad!

cassiecondon9 @kristin_ess ?you and your stuff! Do you have anything that’s geared toward getting a straight look after air drying? My hair was stick straight before baby and now just like an awkward (re: ugly) wave on one side ? the air dry creme just isn’t helping anything. Or maybe I’m using it wrong?

meganlkinney I just used the smoky topaz and it turned my brown hair copper ☹️ It was red coming out of the bottle, so I was skeptical, but your products have always been superb so I went ahead anyway. Wondering if it's a user error or I got a bad box by a fluke? @kristin_ess

brookenikol I would love a gloss that gives a darker hue to my dark blonde/light brown hair! My hair is super weird and very in between colors, but I love it when it errs more on the side of light brown ?

cojohnsonsx6 I don’t know if it could be a gloss but I would be SO HAPPY to see a hair tint for brunettes (like the rose gold. Maybe A dark violet for us? I don’t know how these things even work).
