You guys have all been so amazing supporting me in my journey to embrace fitness and get on the front cover of a certain national magazine…! As you all know @luluadamsfitness and I are all about sharing the love so here are our top tips:

1. Take it slow and do it for you (not for anyone else!)
2. Swap the takeaway curry for a made at home alternative
3. Switch up that snacking - It’s totally natural to have a craving just switch them up! My go to are flavoured rice cakes and @snackajacks_uk in particular are SUPER tasty (bonus - they’re under 100kcal per pack!) Don’t believe me? Watch @luluadamsfitness try and run off with them! 🤣
