It's already half a month passed since I've done my order and prepayed it. Still I cannot get it although I live in Moscow which is the capital of Russian Federation. Unfortunately, DPD is absolutely unprofessional delivery, my acquaintancies has some claims about them. Please help me.

dariashtefanyuk Hi, please urgently contact me. You have serious problems with DPD delivery. This is not the first case with this delivery service. They didn't deliver my already pre-payed order for the correct address and now they refuse to send it to me. The send me to you and solve this problem by myself. What a shame!
