Today’s workout with @arnoldaninion. Did 4 sets of this circuit. I was dying. Legs and arms were killing me. Arnie was obviously inspired by the new hiphop playlist. Only problem for me? I can’t help dancing when a good song comes on 😂.

- 1min jumping jacks.
- 1min kettlebells swings.

CIRCUIT SESSION.
45secs on 15sec rest.
- box jumps.
- clean and press.
- medicine ball curtsy squats.
- sing leg lunges.
- overhead presses.
- medicine ball (overhead) box step up with a high knee.
- high knees.
- rear squats.

Start your jump in a squat position engaging all the strength and power on your lower body, instead of a settle standing position ?????? you're doing great. Just remember it's not about how quick you can finish, it's how you focus on your body and how you work it, that's how you will feel it's working when you feel the burn. ????

You are deserve to be beautiful and maintain your youthful despite of your age, cant imagine the hard work that your doing on your work out just maintain your body figure. So inspiring and hope a lot of people can do that???
