Today’s workout with @arnoldaninion. Did 4 sets of this circuit. I was dying. Legs and arms were killing me. Arnie was obviously inspired by the new hiphop playlist. Only problem for me? I can’t help dancing when a good song comes on 😂.

- clean and press.
- medicine ball curtsy squats.
- sing leg lunges.
- overhead presses.
- medicine ball (overhead) box step up with a high knee.
- high knees.
- rear squats.
