quanmi Never have I ever been to a franchise that laughs, hangs up, cuts guest off while speaking and so much more. Went to McDonald’s after taking my little brother to see Spider-Man with my boyfriend , his nephew and my brother. We spent $41.33 via Apple Pay dollars. The food was poor, the table was disgusting when I spoke to the manager she was very nice and obviously tired i asked for a refund she explains to me that they have no way of doing that via Apple Pay. @apple tells me to go back and get the cash instead. Since then I have reach out via Facebook, google, the 1800 number. Spoke to Louisa the supervisor and it was ugly. Spoke with Eric Oxman who was was worst then her. File my second complaint and was told it could weeks because basically because of how big the franchise is. Wow. You guys should give me a franchise people would actually love the service I provide. Because this service here is officially the worst and who can blame them their under paid.

cosmiccowboi @ssquadyt haha have you looked up the conditions at their distributors factory farms? I have and it’s truly disturbing. The only reason there are so many factory farmed animals is because WE bred them, does that seem natural to you? Tell me when was the last time you went on a hunt mr. predator. “let’s watch as the hungry human sneaks up on the drive through, equipped with his flip flops for traction and credit card ready to pounce. See how this natural predator peels back the wax paper on his burger, and enjoys the labors of the hunt” ALL animal agriculture is abuse, killing someone that wants to live is the epitome of abuse

In Torrance blvd been going here for 20 years and never had a problem with old employees or staff.. now since you remodeled that location and rehired new stupider than ever staff... you guys need to get with the program. Lying and saying your machines don't work for ice cream after 9pm??? Because your lazy asses won't leave the machines on and sale ice cream or shakes. And the drive through is so dis organized.

bethmgoldstein I'm hoping McDonald's starts serving a plant based burger soon! If you go with Beyond Meat you can also use their sausages for your Egg McMuffins & yummy breakfast biscuit sandwiches! Quarter Beyond, Beyond Mac, Beyond McMuffin, Beyond Biscuit! PLEASE! @beyondmeat

ssquadyt @rachellanda theres a reason animals were created, to prey on eachother. Humans are animals too, so why not do what nature does and eat meat products/ animal byproducts. That I believe should be fine but animal abuse isn't, and @mcdonalds doesnt abuse their animals

cosmiccowboi @rachellanda I agree with your first thought for sure. I’m not trying to tell you how to live, but the carelessness towards animals and refusal to change that mc has shown has shown mcs true colors, and they will never get a cent from me plant based options or not
