uglylacey Ill share a story with you. My brother had an Akita. They were inseparable. The akita was major protective of him. When my brother was 56 he was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma in December. In February we were gathered at his bedside as he died. It was fast. When he exhaled his last breath that massive dog screamed an ungodly scream. Next day, he lay dead in his kennel.

Whenever I see Kal, I remember Hachiko, a Japanese Akita, from the movie Hachikō Monogatari which was based on true-to-life events. My heart was touched so deeply. I cried.... ? I'm sure Kal feels the same way when you're not around. Looking forward to seeing both of you together again. ? + ?= ❤️?

rebeccaspinoso Kal is so beautiful. I have an American Akita as well named, Kahn. And a Rottweiler. And 2 Pitbulls. And a Chihuahua. And a skunk. And an Opossum. And 5 snakes and lots more. Ok. So I like rescuing animals. May you and Kal reunite very soon.... <3
