steviebaby1951 Thank you for your very personal introduction to your concert on Friday Alice. Your performance was mesmerising and there aren't any adequate adjectives available to describe it. I watched as you walked offstage, before the door closed, and could see the effect of the emotion and energy that you had given to your performance. I did promise you a standing ovation, but then forgot to wave as I was applauding so much. I did see you look at me though. Now I wait for your CD to arrive through the post and look forward to you returning in October - note to self: don't forget to wave to Alice next time you see her.
